Gilmour Space secures AUD 19 million investment to launch next-generation hybrid rockets to space
Ex-NASA experts join the Gilmour Space Advisory board.
Signed Space Act Agreement with NASA to work on various space development and technologies.
17-second hot fire of our orbital engine at 80 kN of thrust >
Full-scale orbital engine tests in progress. 12-second hot fire or large hybrid engine generated 75 kN of thrust.
Short-duration hot fire generated 70 kN of thrust in what could be world's largest single-port hybrid engine successfully tested to date.

Q3 2017
Successful test of our 'interplanetary' Cubesat Propulsion System, which could potentially power a 1U to a Moon/Mars orbit.
Advance Queensland Knowledge Transfer Program grant to hire a graduate for a year.
Series-A funding with professional and private investors, to build and launch our low-cost small launch vehicles. Investors incl. Blackbird Ventures (lead) & 500 Startups.

Received a grant from NAMIC Singapore to further develop 3D printing capability for the aerospace industry.
Q2 2016
Successfully launched our test rocket at Westmar, Australia - the first privately developed hybrid sounding rocket designed, built & launched by an Australian & Singapore company.
It was also the first successful hybrid rocket test launch using 3D printed rocket fuel.
